2015–16 FIBA Europe Cup
The 2015–16 FIBA Europe Cup is the inaugural season of the newly formed basketball competition organised by FIBA. It replaces the EuroChallenge and has the aim to take the place of Eurocup (organised by Euroleague Basketball), as the second-tier competition in Europe, as FIBA requests the national federations to commit to register their teams in this competition.
==Format==
In the Regular season, 56 teams are divided into 14 groups of four teams. In the Round of 32, the first and second best teams from the Regular season play in groups of four. Starting from the Round of 16, quarter-finals will be played.
